8-Week Fitness Program January 7 – March 4 Wednesday Beginner: 6:00-7:00pm Intermediate: 7:00-8:00pm Let us help you kick start your fitness routine in 2026! By joining in a group, you will stay more accountable and get the best fitness advice out there. This program is created for both people who are currently inactive and those who just need something new. You will be given an 8 week exercise plan, a 2 month SSC membership, and 4 educational or activity sessions.
